Fratelli Rossetti has created a stylish capsule collection exclusively for Shoescribe.com. In the line (heralding Spring/Summer 2013), three of the brand’s most iconic shoes are transformed usingdifferent colors and materials. Having been a Pom Pom cheerleader, I have a nostalgic softness for saddle shoes. They’re just so classic! The Milano ($475) is a chic Italian version. The black and white style is given a sophistication by polished steel. At a time when oxfords are so popular, this is a welcome update! The other two shoes are Rossetti’s signature moccasin-style with colorful leather tassels. The perfectly polished lime green on the Hobo Pop ($460) won’t be available until next summer, but the red and white Brera ($475) seems more seasonally appropriate anyway.
