Miley has said before that she can’t be tamed, and clearly she is talking about her hair, and maybe her cleavage. Don’t get me wrong, I’m a fan of Hannah Montana all the way, but if this had been my buns walking the red carpet for the 2012 Billboard music awards, I would have done things a bit differently. For example, if Miley wanted to stick with the body hugging, cleavage baring look, I’d suggest this number by Herve Leger paired with some gorgeous Giuseppe Zanotti snake-effect pumps.

This gives Ms.Disney the sex appeal she’s looking for without the Designing Women circa 1986 thing she’s got going on here. Side note: Props to Miley for going gutsy with the hairstyle, but this is a miss for her. If you’re going to go with the slick 007 blazer dress look, pair it with an equally slick deep side-parted pony or a bone straight all down style. But again, bravo for bravery.
