Everyone wants a piece of shoes history, and what can be a better tribute than a shoe that shows what we love about the man who has catapulted the love of shoes from an obsession to a religion (that us snobs will never fail to worship).
That’s one heck of a heel (6.5 inches) but Loubi wearers have the soul and (the sole!) to work it. Obviously, with a pair this powerful, you should just let ‘em shine and keep everything else to a minimum. (Picture an all black look with these as the star.) Now that’s not to say you shouldn’t have fun, but honestly, with these on, how could you not?!

I realize that the over the top pair of shoes is part of the Christian Louboutin persona….but what woman that lives in the real world is going to walk around in this pair of boots all day? Don’t get me wrong, I have CL shoes in my closet, but they are not the most wearable or comfortable shoes. I have also had issues with the quality…the seam of a Pigalle Flat started to tear. Believe me, I have not given up on CL shoes and will certainly purchase them in the future. I will be purchasing the few pairs that he produces every year that are more functional and stylish…less garish and over the top.
