Even though they are absolutely everywhere at the moment, I am not a fan of wedge sneakers. But I am a HUGE fan of Kristin Chenoweth. Which might be the reason why this bright style actually looks cute to me. Only someone as adorable as Kristin could pull off such a youthfully athletic look.

Plus, Ash’s Thelma sneakers (Anne Hathaway already got casual-day credit for working the flat version), measuring 4” in height, complement her skinny jeans – the fact that it’s an identical shade of orange is key. This monochrome mix gives Kristin the illusion of height, making her look taller than her 4’10″ frame. Plus, she wisely kept her look sporty and casual.

I just watched the first episode of GCB on Hulu, and I am completely obsessed with it! Kristin is hysterically funny, as is the entire cast – a must-watch! I’m sold on the show, but what do you think of Ash’s wedge sneakers?
