These color blocked pumps would have been cute and trendy without the strapped addition, but they would have been a lot less memorable. The cuff strap adds an element of sex appeal and makes the over all look of the shoe more polished. I would wear these to work with a Rachel Roy knit dress to show case the cuffed cuteness.
