At least they’re subtle, right?
Let’s start with the positives: The shape is adorable. This bootie in black or brown could become a staple in your shoe rotation if you are the type who like large and in charge heels. The sky-scraping lace-up pumps have a 5″ wooden heel and 2″ platform. The negatives: everything else. These look like roller-skates on a glitter/cocaine binge. I can’t imagine (nor do I really want to) where these could be pulled off besides obviously a disco or for a night you want to completely embarrass your child and show up to a school dance sporting these bad boys yelling “HI SWEETY! MAKE GOOD CHOICES!”
These shoes will have you look like you raided Kendra’s closet when she was still living with Hef when most of her wardrobe was plastic and glittery (much like herself). Hey, when in Rome!
