Stop the presses! For one of the hottest A/W 2010 shoe styles, look no further than Cesare Paciotti.  Kelly and I previewed the collection in Milan back in Feb (she even bought a pair after wards from S/S collection) but seeing it now is so much more exciting because it’s actually available now! Talk about sexy shoes, and so well constructed that the chic Milanese women I saw at the event were able to walk in their 6″ Paciotti stilettos on uneven cobblestone perfectly.  It also helps that the stilettos are balanced with a solid platform.  For me, I am lusting after the black suede with gold piping… what about you?  At Cesare Paciotti boutiques.
